TempgENC reports Audio error every time at 99% on conversion

I have successfully ran avi files through Virtual dub to fix VBR audio probs and then split into to avi's then using V dub then i encode with tempgenc. However every one i do errors at 99% with internal audio error using tempgenc ver 2.53.130 can any one shed a light. Note the MPEGS are usable usually happens on end title screens never any onther time.

TMPGEnc is incompatible with divx 5.xx
Also, in VDUB always cut at a key frame.

Next time you may want to consider splitting the file in TMPGEnc, perhaps, instead of VDUB?

Alternatively, you could seperate audio and video and load them seperately.
