4 Subtitles on SVCD

The SVCD support up to 4 subtitles. Some one know what format (.ssa .sub ect.) ?
Whree i have to put them?

To add (selectable) subtitles to your SVCD you need:

MeastroSBT and Winsubmux.

I download the "WinSubMux" and when i try to use it i get the error 'th'is not a valide integer value.
What I do wrong?
