Error message with TMPGenc

Hi, I'm new here.

I have downloaded the latest version of TMPGencn both my work computer (PIII 800) and my home PC (PIV 1.6). Both use Windows Me. However, on both computers I get the "P3Package.dll" error when trying to use TMPGenc. I'm hoping to improve my MPEG encoding to get better quality VCDs from my home videos.

Can someone explain the problem and what I need to do?
