SVCD with dual audio tracks - playback in windows

I have a SVCD with dual audio tracks, and I have problems to find a suitable player so I can change audiotracks in windows. The major problem is when I play it; it starts with the other audiotrack first, and that is when the director comments through the whole movie! irritating .. and I can´t seem to find any way to change to the first audiotrack (the movie sound). There isn´t any feature for that in powerdvd nor windvd, not what I have found ..
