I've gone thru all the routine of converting a DVD into VCD. I use NERO to convert & burn the mpg into a VCD.
The problem is when the VCD is played thru my DVD player, every so often the film "jerks". Its like the whole film slows down but it then carries on normally. All this happens in a split second.
I played the mpg back on the PC but there is no "jerks".
Could NERO be the problem??
Has anyone got any ideas of what this might be?
