sound is off only on stand alone.

I am using Nero to burn my VCD's. Wne I play the finished disk, the VCD, on my computer with Power DVD, the picture is clear with perfect sound. Same results come when I play just the MPEG either in Power DVD or the regular Windows Player. But, when I play the VCD on my stand alone, the Sound is slightly ahead of the video. Maybe someone has expierenced this problem before and has a solution for me. I have also used CDRWin to create the VCD after using VCDImager to creat the .BIN files with the exact same results. mmmm, Any suggestions?????

1) Make certain audio frequency is 44,100Hz

2) Try running a CD/DVD cleaning disc on your system

OK; I'll convert to 44,100. using VIrtual Dub, and see what happens with the next one, Ill letchya know..
