    Audio ?

I made a VCD, and everything is perfect but, the audio. The audio is in sync with the lips but, their voices are deep, I mean it sounds like the devil talking lol. Here is the exact settings I am using in TMPGEnc.
    Mpeg - 1 Video
    352x240
    4:3525 line [NTSC]
    29.97 fps

    16:9 Display
    48000 Hz

System - Stream Type - MPeg Video Cd

When I convert them to a VCD using EZ CD Creator. Right after I click the record button , a screen pops up giving the layout of the CD. Everything looks ok but, the audio bitrate which is set at 192 by default. It has a question mark beside it meaning it may or may not work. So when I convert them I just changed it to 160.

    Is that my problem ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First try burning with the default "192" value.

I am unsure as to how easy cd creator works, however vcdhelp.com contains guides on how to create vcd's with easy cd creator platinum---take a look at those perhaps.
