    Apex MD-100 problem's.

Alright, i've tryed several thing's, did some research now i thought i'll try and see if i can get any help on a forum so here goes.

I have a Apex MD-100, long time ago about year or so i've burnt vcd's to play on my playstation1 using a vcd modchip from malaysia. Those vcd's play's fine on the dvd player.

But recently i tryed burning a few vcd's mpg and just the bin/cue
both way's wont work, they burn fine onto the cd but when i go to play it in the dvd player it either say's no disc, or it'll start playing but it'll be jerky and choppy and screwed up so it's pretty useless.

I've tryed diferent namebrand's of cd-r's (memorex/tdk/sony) , i've tryed to burn the mpg as a vcd with nero and other application's, even tryed to burn the bin/cue that was allready made as a vcd image. still nothing.

but out of like 15 burns one of the vcds did play only cd2 not cd1 of the movie, but i burnt some other's the same way and they wont play. SO this is making no sense why it'll play my old vcd's but not the new one's that i burn.

Is it the bitrate? or what could it be exactly? I'm open to any suggestion's or help . And i allready went to vcdhelp.com / vcdhelper.com searched plus this dvd player supports vcds/svcds/xvcds/etc.. so that's not the problem.

Any help is appreciated , thank you.
If this is the wrong forum -sorry.

Have you run a DVD/CD cleaner disk on your burner recently? If not, you should. Maxell makes one that sells for approximately $10US...
