SVCD player with subtitle playback?

Hey, i've got a problem, I want to play SVCD's on my computer and normally I use BSplayer to play all my video's, but with LOTR 2, it rins real slow. When i try PowerDVD the movie runs at nomal speed but PowerDVD doesnt play subtitles.
So does anyone know an SVCD player with subtitle playback?

Well i dont know if this is what you are looking for or not but i hope so, it is a little bit on the spendy side about $700 but it does many things,such as -records dvd+r/rw; plays back dvd-video, dvd+r/rw,dvd-r/rw(finalized in "compatable mode'),svcd,vcd,cd-da and cd-r/rw. This item has many other options as well i have not yet tried it myself as it is a little too spendy for me right now but i hope it helps ya in some way its called Philips DVD+R/RW Recorder with Faroudja progressive-scan playback model: DVDR985A i found it on the bestbuy website.
