stuttery playback

when doing pal DVD to VCD conversions using flask excellent quality, when doing NTSC to PAL VCD conversions using the same software playback is slightly juddery. works fine on the pc nothing to do with the type of disc as i have tried that as well..why does flask do this?...is there a filter i need to stop this i only have this problem with NTSC DVD conversions i could just leave it as NTSC and have no problem but i want to be able to play these discs on my old tv as well, any serious suggestions..i havent needed to go on this forum for months..setarip have you come across this before??

Are you still posting as a "jerk, after downing a six-pack"? ;>}

It's probably a deficiency in the MPEG/VCD plugin you're using - try a different one (BBMPEG, Panasonic, LSX)...
