    Low FPS playback

When i play back svcds on my panasonic cv-52, it's all stuttery. I encoded with tmpgenc, i used 44hz audio, i think my fps were set correct ( i used NTSC becuase the windows properties told me my movie was at 29.970) i used virtual dub to do my audio, so i dunno what i did wrong, any help?

reading over at vcdhelp, i found someone posted this

It plays SVCD only if the MPEG2 file was multiplexed with a small decoder buffers size (for example 80 kB). With a bigger size the player hangs.
how would i go about changing the decoder buffer size?

(is it something i'd do with bbmpeg? if so, how? also, should i encode my audio and video seperate in tmpgenc, then mux them together with bbmpeg?)

There are 15 or so reviews of your player at the VCD Help site - and several of them indicate similar or other problems regarding SVCDs specifically...
