What the heck did I do wrong???

I used the guide supplied here http://www.vcdhelp.com/vcdmenun55.htm
and now I put it in my sisters ROWA DVD (That I know supports CD-R, VCD) and I get to the menu, and it stays there. It has the correct amount of time there (45:00) but only 1 item in the menu. The palyback on the menu is timed at 5 seconds I think, because it just sits there playing the menu over and over. Could anyone please help me with my problem. Thanks in advance

Did the VCD that you burned play properly on your PC?

setarip, it played once I dragged and dropped the .DAT file into windows media player, but would not play on WINDVD....any suggestions?

make sure the vid is in vcd format not just mpeg..also the menu should be set at " infinite"
