Sound 3 secs ahead of video

hey all,

ive downloaded an avi file and put it onto vcd using nerovision which i thought was really good due to its simplicity.

however my video is 3 seconds behind the audio, i think its probably nerovision and ill need to use something else.

Please could someone point me in the right direction

sorry, what i meant was theres nothing wrong with the downloaded file, the problem occurs when i try and put it on a vcd.

any suggestions
