WinDVD problem

Hi !

I´ve got WinDVD Pro v3.1 and I want to play SVCDs. That works, but at the end of the video the player jumps to start position (after a few seconds), and the video is played again and again...
The repeat-function is turned off (You cant´t select it).
I also tried to use WinDVD v5 trial, same problem.

I hope You can help me,

You can try using another very good dvd/svcd player such as PowerDVD.

Someone is asking for a solution here!
My car broke down.., get another brand car.., DOH!

I have the exact same problem and i refuse to use another player as for example power dvd, because it doesn't play svcd right (a whole disk in 3 secs :/)

Can anybody clarify- will PowerDVD play vcds and svcds?
or will it only play DVDs?

It should play them..
My powerdvd version skips large parts of svcd's though so they aren't watchable.., but it should play them alright.
