Please help: recording and playback of Telesync SVCD

Hi, I really hope someone here can help me out.
I have a movie, which I downloaded in .bin/.cue format. It was supposed to be SVCD Telesync format. I've used WinIso to convert to .iso format and burned the cd. However, Microsoft Media player will not play back the cd and neither will my JVC DVD player. I also extracted the .mpeg file from .bin, but it also will not play.
    My questions:
    a) what can I use to burn those .bin/.cue SVCDs?
    b) What can I use to view them? (SVCD-Telesync)
    c) If I extract just the .mpeg file, what can I use to view it (WMP v9 doesn't display it).

    Huge, huge thanks.

SVCD is the format of the video, Telesync (TS) is simple what the original video was recorded from.

To burn the svcd in bin/cue format use Nero.

Select "file" and "burn cd from image file".

Note that you can burn up to an 810mb svcd onto a single 700mb cd-r.

SVCD's play in most dvd players (my JVC takes 'em).

hey gd_nimrod, thanks for your help.
I wonder... when I extracted the .mpg file from the bin/cue of a SVCD, the mpg file didn't play on my MS WMP9... Is there any software on PC that will play SVCDs?
      Thank you

"Is there any software on PC that will play SVCDs?"

Almost any software DVD player - such as WinDVD or PowerDVD, etc.
