If you have Media player its quite good.
Then if you want a more advanced player
    Win dvd or power dvd.

obviously the vcd must have the chapters subtitles etc to be viewed otherwise you won't see anything.

burn the vcd to disk or as its a vcd copy the cd image use nero or cdrao.. then use demon tools and use the virtual features works fine for me.

It does not always work danbeherenow
It depends what he sets in the encoder ,usally encoders ,encode the main movie to improve quality and compression.Adding chapters and other things may result in high qualiy losses.

Subtitles may be add ,no problem since its just text they only take as much as 6mb so you won't see a difference in quality.

Its a waste of space having chapters scenes etc in a vcd i don't recommend it if you are planning to do a vcd.I would try and set the best settings which would end up in having better quality.

If you insist on having chapters etc Pinnacle instant copy or pinnacle studio 8 allowyou to do so just make sure you start off with full movie mode and then choose your custom settings.
