I got an image file with movie. It is a DAt file.
AVSEQ01.DAT - its name.
Nothing can play it. I tried many things from PowerDVd to STHSDVD.
Is it a new fashion to make image files with movie?
If anybody knows solution of this problem (how to make it play) please tell me.

That is the video file of a VCD. If you wish to play it on your computer, simply:

1) Start the Windows Media Player

2) From within Explorer, "drag and drop" the AVSEQ001.dat file onto the Windows Media Player

3) It will automatically start to play
