TROUBLE using Nero for VCDs

I recently made a VCD from a DVD rip that I downloaded using Nero 5.5.8 which is capable of encoding and burning straight to VCD. However, what was originally letter boxed on my computer, is now full screen on my TV. How do I adjust the settings within Nero to keep the letter box?

I would prefer TMPGEnc. There you can easily adjust the aspect ratio or keep it the same. Then burn the vcd(s) in NERO.

In NERO, you may want to check (there may be an option for aspect ratio).

Alternatively, load the file in TMPGEnc and change the aspect ratio in the "settings" tab.
