Just burned a VCD BUT...:(

..The audio is really choppy while using my Samsung DVD-M301 DVD/MP3/CD player. If I use my PC based DVD Rom Driveioneer 16X 116 the sound is fine. I am really confused here. I Used Flask to decode the movie and used TMPGEnc software to split it up into two parts (too big to fit on one CDR). Burned it with Nero using the video CD option. Mpeg 1 @ 29.97 FPS with the audio set to 44100 hz. Why would that happen?
Can someone shed some light on this for me?

Try changing this to either 24 or 23.976 fps (NTSC) or 25 fps (PAL).
