Can someone please tell what program Can I use to convert this type of file(svcd-ts-Centropy-1of2.mpg) to a VCD. I have tried TMNPnc, Viryual Dub and will not accept this type of file.

why would you want to convert it to VCD from SVCD? If you got both files, they came ready to burn with Nero.
If you do plan to reencode it to MPEG 1 for VCD then use the MPEG tools in TMPGEnc. Under the "Simple Multiplex" tab, load the same file for video and audio, choose an output name and destination and then choose a format for the MPEG file from the pulldown menu(choose MPEG-1 System [automatic] or MPEG-1 Video-CD). If that doesn't work, use the "Simple De-Multiplex" to create the two different streams and then use the "Simple Multiplex" to put it together again. But, like I said; why would you need to convert it.
