hi
i used DVDx to rip a movie. first it seemed like it had worked totally fine, but when i watched the divx-ed movie i recognized that the audio and the video are asynchronous. the picture seems to have been delayed after the audio.
after 3 minutes there is only a delay of maybe a split second. after 15 minutes, there are already a few seconds, and after about an hour, the gap between the picture and what comes from the speakers is so big that the movie is unwatchable.
is there any way to fix this with VirtualDub? i'm not to keen on ripping the movie again. if i can't avoid it, what's the mistake concerning the rip settings? i'm used a pc-magazine to set them so i'm pretty sure most of them are correct.
the DVD is a german PAL version btw.
