Help, how to convert DV files to divx?

At the end of the page i have some examples that was captured with IEEE1394, Premiere 6.0, SONY DVMC-DA2.

The files (AVI) was converted with TMPGenc but it has some bugs, if you forward the movie the screen distort a lot.

Did some one, please, have an other program to convert IEEE1394 AVI to DIVX?
Virtualdub doesn't work with DV avi.

Go get AVIsynth 0.3. its a free DLL
at

Once you install the DLL's for AviSynth,

Just make a text file called something.avs
in that text file have a line that says
DirectShowSource("mydvfile.avi")

replace mydvfile with your AVI file name.

then in virtual dub, open up the something.avs file you just created, and avisynth will magically replace it with frames...virtual dub will think its just a regular AVI file...
