BIG problem :( :(

I opened my avi file with

"Download MMAviInf.zip, unzip it and run it "

This program stores streams names in the AVI itself. But after I used it i can't open the file file in ANY program.

Virtual dub says:

This avi file doesn't have a movie data block (movi!)
If i right click (windows xp) i can't see the properties anymore
When i open it with MMAviInf.zip and try to edit the header again he says corrupted or something

Is there a program to fix this (header) problem.
