Divxplus For Divx 4.** ?!?

I Think this wonderful program doesnt work with divx 4.**
I only get the sound and no pic ....is there anybody who knows where i can get a newer version or anyone knows who coded divxplus .... may he updates his famous program ?!?!

I think I have a workaround for this:

1) Start single instance of divxplus: black screen, with sound.
2) Start another instance of divxplus: video and sound from both appear. But picture is messed up.
3) Shutdown on of the two instances of divxplus: I get Video and sound, but video is messed up (picture have rolled about 100-200 pixels to the right)
4) Repeating step 2 and 3 I get the same results over and over again.
5) Shutdown all instances of divxplus, and repeat step 1-3: this will eventually give me a good picture. (usually takes 2-5 tries).

I guess I should add that I use build 139_5 drivers.

Also I would be very happy to hear from anyone who can reproduce these results.
