Flaskmpeg vs Virtual Dub

Hello as a newbie I want to ask you something important for myself,1 month ago I used flaskmpeg 0.6 to encode/subrip 1.00b for subtitle and Virtual Dub1.4.9 to cut and join files with Fraunhover 2S as mp3 codec with no problems.2 weeks ago i format my HDD with same Windows XP and the same programs as I did before but now I have problems with joining 2 files, I get this error "cannot append AVI segment the adio streams have different sampling rates (20038.00000 vs 20039.00000)" but now I must change the sampling rate from all the files into 1 sample rate ,can I change this and how
Excuse me for my English.

Why did it not give me this problems before formatting my HDD and why must I do the job(s) twice.

For EACH of the two files, do the following:

1) Load file into VirtualDub
2) Set "Video" to "Direct Stream Copying"
3) Set "Audio" to "Full Processing Mode"
4) From the "Audio" dropdown menu, select "Compression"
5) Select 22,050Hz
6) From the "Audio" dropdown menu, select "Conversion"
7) If necessary, put a checkmark next to "Display all formats"
8) Select your preferred sampling rate from amongst the 22,050Hz .MP3 rates listed
9) Click on "OK"
10) Save with a new filename
