No sound

Hey,

I've installed the xvid codec but when I open a movie I only get screen and no sound. When I open it in mediaplayer the player says searching for codec and then error with downloading of the codec and then the film starts with no sound.

Any1 who knows what I'm doing wrong or what codec does work???
