corrupt video stream in xvid (007DAD)

I've recently downloaded an xvid with TFM audio that has a slightly corupted video stream (green smudging effect) and have tried everything i know of to try and fix it.

    tried DivFix, looked the same.

virtual dub, video looks fine, doesn't support the audio.

    avipreview, looked the same.

avipreviewc, tries to do it as a divx4 and won't support audio. when you manually specify the 4cc code, doesn't support xvid's.

    avifixed, looked the same.

All above tried with latest versions.

The next thing i was thinking of was to try and rebuild it seperating the video from audio, maybe changing encoding, then joining it again. But i'm getting a bit lost now as i've never needed to do this before!!!!

    Can anyone help?.... please!
