ShareReactor part deux

Also, Tha Playa doesn't want to load when I downloaded and clicked on the .exe file. Could be corrupt, not sure.
Found it in iMesh.

Load the AVI file into GSpot or Virtualdub, in order to obtain the FIle Information. Post what you see here.

Anyway, what does "Sharereactors Ignorance" have to do with the fact that it isnt working. Sharereactor is not a group which rips movies.

As for the movie not working, do as enchanter suggested, or try using BSplayer to view the movie. It should work.

I meant my ignorance of sharereactor files, not sharereactor ignorance. I was mis-interpreted. Sorry.

Since I only had 2 posts per day... I did heed advice. Downloaded GSpot but could not post results. Still cannot post since I am in Chicago and not home. The copy of BSPlayer I downloaded would not install, and it was late so I gave up. When I return home I will post GSpot results. Thanks for the assist, sorry for the mis-understanding.

What does it say in the Video and Audio format boxes? Does it say that you have the right codecs installed?

Stream type & interleave ...OpenDML AVI

Looks suspicious here though. There should not be nothing in the box with a legitimate AVI file.

Jpg file was to big to insert. I compressed it a bit. Maybe now.

Here's what. Uninstall the current XviD codec that you have from Nimo. Download and install Koepi's latest Unstable build (Unstable or Stable does not matter for playback purposes), which includes the simple and bug-free plain vanilla decoder. Try playing the file in WMP 6.4 (Run the command 'mplayer2.exe' from the Run command).

Failing that, do the following:
1. Open file in nandub
2. Set both Video and Audio tabs to Direct Stream Copy
3. Go to File -> Save as AVI... and give a name to the new file

In a word... Thanks. Simple, I admit, but words alone cannot express my appreciation.

I downloaded Xvid, and some other codec. Also downloaded a good copy of BSPlayer. Now, both WMP and BSPlayer work.

Life is good, so are you. Wish more people were as kind., The world would be a better place.

p.s. still searching for a good copy of nandub but I am content with everything as is.

Perhaps you can find nandub here. Otherwise, full installers of GordianKnot should have nandub bundled as well. Good luck.
