useing flask mpeg to convert VOB files to DIVX?

When I open flask mpeg do i need to choose divx as the output or will it do it auto? If no, then where can I find a divx codec for flask?

Yes, you have to select which video codec, if any, you wish to apply. If you have a DivX codec installed on your system, it will be available as a choice from within Flask...

tip - flask is not a recommended program to convert DVD's/rip etc... since there have been ALOT of problems with it, I don't know about now but I remember where soooo many people where having problems with it.

try using nandub to encode, it will give u unbelievable results

        techno is right.
        I suggest this guide.
I seems to be a bit out dated. Maybe a better guide here.

        DivX 3.11a

          Thank-you

Hint - look at my guide , and also UncasMS's guide, and the guides the edge gave links to are good to, especially if they are from doom9
