I tryed to capture some home videos and it worked just fine in MPEG1 and 2 mode. I thought to capture them with the xvid codec and it also worked fine. I used the "quality based" step for compression and 720 X 540 resolution for it. It worked deinterlaced. After that i tryed some other software which messed up my registry and i needed a clean up which i did and tryed to reinstall the xvid codec. meanwhilel i have downloaded a newer one and erased the one that i had ( which version i don't know ) and now , .... this version of the xvid codec capture the movie but in an interlace mode !!!!!!
What can I do ? ??? I tryed some other resolutions and from 384 X 288 up it starts to capture interlaced ???
Does anyone have any ideea ???
Is XVID limited from it's sources to cpture interlace from that resolution up ????
In short : ---resolution < 384 X 288 deinterlace
---resolution > 384 X 288 interlace
and in both cases the "deinterlace" box in the codec advanced options is checked but for some reason it stops deinterlacing it !!!
PLZ help me XVID masters !!!!
