Well, i'm new here, but i still hope to get some help from u guys!
Well, i got an .avi-file, 640x272, 23 frames, video sample 24bit, codec: Xvid

when i encode with avi2mpeg or avi2vcd i get a movie that is instead of the format 640x272 (about 16:9) a movie of 320x240. it looks also very blocky, the sound is ok, but the movie is looks like a slide show, every 3-4 seconds a new pic..

i tried to convert it using TMPGEnc and follwing all the instructions when i wanna start to convert it i get a message such as "no pointer..." or something like "pointer error..". i tried both PAL and NTSC.. both would work but i cannot convert it..
can anyone help?
