i used Flask alot and found issues with that as well. I found the radium codem to work with flask quite well. The only drawback i found is once u set it up and select mp3 audio and the bitrate u want and then run the conversion if u stop it to see if the audio sounds good or to go back and change something the only choice u will see is pcm. I always had to close flask and reopen it to get the mp3 choice back. Hope this helps.
