Xvid to Dvd

Can some one please tell me how to make a Xvid movie to mpeg2 dvd compliant so it could be viewed on my dvd set.

I did try the one in vcd help but the o/p is like set of still frames being played one after another.

TMPGEnc - use it's DVD Wizard. Then use TMPGEnc DVD Author (an entirely DIFFERENT program) or similar to author your DVD. Then burn with NERO...
