How to convert a .vob with LPCM sound to DivX using FlaskMPEG

I want to convert my U2 - Walk On DVD to a DivX. I use SmartRipper to extract the video and audio stream to my harddisk. The only audio stream is an LPCM stream. Is it possible to use FlaskMPEG to convert it to a DivX with MP3 audio? If so, how do i do this because i can cannot choose an audio codec in FlaskMPEG with the vob extracted by SmartRipper. I do not have this problem when i try to convert a vob with an ac3 stream.
