problem about .ogm file

there is a ogm file which contains a subtitle...
i'd like to translate the subtitle into other language,so is it possibe to get the subtitle out from the ogm file??
is it .srt format?

get virtualdub MOD, open the ogm file, goto streams menu, streams and then select the text stream you want and click on demux
