Forced Subtitles

Could someone please post the syntax of a forced subtitle in a VOBSUB idx file.

My forced subtitles are no longer forced when ripped with VOBSUB.

I would like to make them forced by editing the idx file if possible.

The "forced flag" is not actually in the .idx file but in the .sub file. It is a byte at the end the data packets. I have the same problem the other way round: I need to deactivate the forced status in one of the subtitle streams. The only tool capable of showing this status with .sub+.idx files (that I know of) is subresync. But it only does that: showing. I need to CHANGE!
