ogm to dvd?

hi guys,

just wondering if anyone knows how to or if you can convert a dual audio ogm file with the subs on or off option into a dual audio dvd video for playing on a dvd player?

so like you take the ogm and turn it into a dvd video with all the options. . . can that be done?
