I am trying to convert an avi file using tmpgenc and keep getting unsupported error , i have tried to download all the codecs but am unclear of which exact one i need i have also tried to load the file in nandub but also get an codec error. I am using Windows xp. any suggestions of what might help ?? thanks

load your avi in Gspot or Avicodec and see if the correct codec is installed on your system. go to www.dvdrhelp.com and click on tools to get either of these programs
