problems with muxing avi and AC3 5.1
hello this is my first post so i will try to be as complete as possible.
The problem i have is that after encoding The matrix with GKnot and using DVD2AVI to rip the AC3 sound from the vob files i tried to mux together the avi and the ac3 files in nandub, the muxing proccess goes alright but when i try play the file there is no sound no matter what program i use to play the avi.
I have done direct stream copy both for the video and audio
and i have used the settings in interleave both 160ms cos the ac3 is 384kbps.
I have installed the latest filters for ac3 sound but i dont think there is problem with that cos i can play the ac3 in windows media player.
Btw im using win XP Gknot 0.21b and i encoded the movie in DivX4
