    FLASK skip problem

ok i got my audio all ripped but when i encode my AVI from flask now its all jerky, like a real graphic video game on a crumby video card. any one know how to fix this?

its set to 388x256 using OpenDML AVI output
    Framerate is NTSC 29.97

    im on a
    P4 1.5 GHZ
    512 MB RDRAM
    Win2k w/SP2

i mean everything is all good except the video is all jerky.

For an NTSC film you'll have to set the TimeBase to 23.976 fps. after that the film shouldn't be jerky at all.
