Hi
I have some xvid movies I want to encode to dvd but I am having problems at the moment.
When I try my normal method with tmpg it encodes the movies, but it has a completly black screen all the way through, however the audio works fine.
I have tryed opening the files in virtual dub to convert them to something tmpg can understand but I get the following error when trying to open them
[ error decompressing video frame 0: unknown error occurred (maybe corrupt data) ] error code -100
Ive never had this problem before, the avis play fine in winamp with perfect picture and audio so I think I must have the correct codecs.
Is there some other piece of software that can convert these movies and could I try something else with what I have ?
