    flask mpeg problem

I want to use flask 0.594 instead of 0.6 preview, but when i do the avi crashes mediaplayer unless i disable audio processing. the reason why i want to use 0.594 is that it allow you to put a watermark in your film. Does anyone know why the avi crashes or does anyone know another proggie that allow you to put watermarks in your film?

VirtualDub, with Donald Graft's logo filter installed.

But I'm curious to understand your "crashing Media Player" problem.

What audio format are you using in your .AVIs?

it doesn't matter which audio format I choose, I have installed a few audio codecs and as soon as i include any of them , when i try to open my avi mediaplayer crashes.

        "my avi mediaplayer crashes."

Since I'm fairly familiar with many of the audio/video players, and I've not heard of one named "avi mediaplayer", I would ask you if you've had similar results when trying to play the .AVI under Windows Media Player (Preferably the older v.6.4) or any other players that you may have at your disposal?

            i've notice the same crashes.
On my machine they only occured when aborted encoding once, then resumes.
somehow the program could only use the audio-codec once before screwing it up.

            hope this helps

              have you tried Xmpeg?

it's a modified version of flask(6.0 preview), and much better...
I wonder why so few people know it, everybody's allways talking about flask, wich development has stopped months ago...
