GBA Video to AVI?

Hi all, i have a gba (gameboy advanced) video cartridge (spongebob squarepants if you must know), and i dumped the rom onto my hard drive. I am able to use an emulator to play it, but what i really want to do is convert it into an avi file so i can apply noise filters, resizing etc and end up with a reasonable quality file on a larger screen.
I have already seen the "AVI to GBA" codec, but that is obviously not what i am looking for. Any methods/suggestions?
