    What format should I encode?

I know that is a very broad question but let me specify more.

First I have Cleaner XL for encoding video so my format options are pretty broad.

My main concern is bandwidth. I would like to have videos on our Intranet that can be viewed by users. The problem is, we have 11 locations throughout the state - all connected to us with different pipe sizes (smallest Is 128kb).

We have 2700 employees but estimate no more that 150 simultaneous connections are possible (based on pc's and 3 shifts)

Our Intranet runs on Advanced Server so we have Windows Media (streaming) available.

As I am a programmer and web developer, the video is kinda new to me so I was looking for suggestions as to which format would be best suited for this scenerio?

mpg, mpeg, wmf, mov, avi ???

    thanks in advance.

WMV, standard output from Windows Movie Maker. If you look in the options, you can reduce it down to a dial-up connection type of video. This REALLY reduces filesize. I took an 850 meg (2:11 hour movie) and reduced it to 29meg.
