A problem with Nero Digital

I wanted to try the beta version of digital Nero (mpeg avc h264), but I had a problem with the introduction of my file avs.
Indeed, when I bring my file avs in Nero the file avi comes out again jerky.
It is valid even in prévisualisation.
I would have a problem or that it is normal.
I am anxious to specify that a file avi passes without problem.
