I am now in a great troble in making big subtitle VCDs.
as I am from HK, for myself, no subtitle for those English-speaking movie is not a big deal for me, but I need to make some VCDs from DVD, I know how to rip the subtitle, I Know how to convert the VOBs into mpeg/AVI....
But.....all of you know, making MPEG is the final step before burn into VCDs. I used to convert into Xvid AVIs. If I play them in Media Player, I can alter the subtitle's font setting from my system tray, as the default Chinese really suck. they are thin and small. I can change the VOBSUB setting so that I can see a big subtitle in MediaPlayer.
But when I work with AVISynth, after I load the plugins and play the AVS, the font reset to the default stupid fonts, even I tried many times to change the VOBSUB default setting, they are the same.
I can never make a MPEG file in AVISynth AVS with the my desired font settings as I need big Chinese Fonts for my 60-years-old mom.
anyone know how to change the VOBSUB/TextSUB Style in AVS?
Thanks for all your suggestions.
