I am a newbie, and divx5 pro is the first encoder I've used, so I'm probably missing something obvious. Here's the problem:
Working with a vob input, all encoded output produces pixelated garbage. That is, after every keyframe, the screen begins filling with blocky pixelated junk until the next keyframe. I've tried this with every variation of options in the divx5 dialog, makes no difference. I've encoded through DVD2AVI and Flask - no difference. Ditto for players. And it doesn't appear to be a decoding prob with 5.0, as it runs the dixv vids I already have just fine.
Is anyone else having this prob, or am I missing something? Thanks for any knowlegeable help.
