xvid to dvd - audio probs...

i have eventually managed to record a dloaded movie (xvid) onto a dvd. i used divxtodvd to encode and copy to dvd to burn.
the quality is excellant but the audio is out of sync.
i have no idea how to fix this.. it has taken a while to get to where i am..

gradually out of synch, or consistent throughout?

          1) Load the original XViD video file into VirtualDub (or one of its many variants) or NanDub

          2) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "File Information"

          3) Post (here) EVERYTHING you see (BOTH video and audio information), or post a screen capture .jpg of the information box
