how to convert .WMA file to .MPG ?

i am trying to convert a VCD into DVD. I am using isobuter, but since the file size of VCDs are smaller i though of combining 2 to 3 VCDs together and burn it onto 1 DVD...! but i am unable to attach/stitch several .MPG files for use with TMPGenc DVD authoring. i tried windows movie maker, i can attach/stitch MPG files but the output file is .WMA and TMPGenc DVd authoring dont recognise .WMA file type......

any solutions for this please....cheers
