Converting divx to mpeg-2

Hi I would like any help available in converting a movie from divx superdvd to mpeg -2 without the water mark and paying alot for the software. I have a copy of Song of the south by Disney that I got from my sisters computer but I am not able to burn it with the soft ware I have.

IMO 2 of the better all-in-one software is Dvd2svcd and VSO divxtodvd
